The panel is moved by a pair of mobile grippers on controlled axes, while the vertical control of the panel, a distinctive feature of the machine, allows even delicate surfaces to be machined.

Maximum production efficiency due to no time-consuming readjustments
The worktable features a counter pressure system that guarantees high precision positioning of the panel in the machine, depending on the thickness of the workpiece, ensuring the highest possible accuracy.
The grippers also have a panel thickness sensing system that allows a real-time change of the program value, ensuring machining precision in the “Z” axis.
A laser reading system reads the start and end of the panel, allowing the machine to compensate for dimensional errors with “X” correction of the panel coordinates.
The upper reading system has a pair of photo-electric cells, able to read the height of the panel in order to perform a dimensional correction of the “Y” axis.
The machine is equipped with a milling spindle with automatic tool change. The magazine with 8 positions allows the placement of different aggregate systems that can increase the flexibility of the machine.
