Automatic loader for loading glass sheets from vertical pyramids, providing a constant table load of glass for uninterrupted operation.
Design features:
The frame – The machine frame is made of particularly strong, electro-hardened steel and consists of a bottom frame that moves transversely along two rails and an upper frame that is attached to the bottom frame. The upper frame consists of lifting grippers with vacuum suction cups; both frames are driven by brushless motors.
Loading a sheet – The sheet is gripped in the following way: the frame is lifted, the suction cups first separate the lower edge of the sheet from the stack, then, after a pause, the upper edge is separated. The suction pads are mounted on special hinges that compensate for bends in the sheet stack. Each suction cup can be attached manually along the gripping axis.
Automatic alignment – The automatic alignment of the sheet on the conveyor is carried out with the help of an ultrasonic sensor. At the same time as the rollers rotate, the table shifts transversely, aligning the glass.
Oleodynamic system is centralized, controlled by safety valves on each frame and roller cylinder. The central valve is mounted on the base of the machine.
Vacuum circuit consists of a pump, a vacuum switch and a single-acting solenoid valve connected to the suction cups. Each suction cup is equipped with a valve to disconnect from the main circuit.
Control Panel is installed in the operator’s work area. The panel is connected to the electrical cabinet mounted on the bed and controls all electrical parts. PLC and axis control are installed on the cutting table control computer.
